Dorinda Gibbons
Managing Director
Dorinda has worked in recruitment since graduating and has been in the print and digital inkjet world now for circa 20 years. At the core of everything she is very is people centric, helping companies find the best hire or helping individuals find their next career path. She has developed deep relationships across the Global inkjet world and truly listens to ensure the best match possible is made.
Dorinda loves networking and learning at industry events including the science of printing, future print events, hunkeler innovations, IPI, Fespa and label expo to name a few and visiting the inkjet hub in Cambridge or connecting virtually to companies across the globe.
She enjoys keeping fit and being with people either running or walking with her Golden around cheshire, gym or yoga and loves reading books, printed of course!
Aga Szczuka
Head of Research and Communications
Aga brings over 10 years of recruitment experience within the print sector. Her knowledge of the inkjet market, combined with a genuine passion for technology and a keen eye for talent, enables her to identify the right candidates for each opportunity.
Her love for languages, geography and cultures is an asset in international recruitment. Fluent in both Polish and English, having been educated and lived in Poland, Aga takes great pride in helping clients in recruitment projects there.
Aga is a supporter for STEM education. With a 3D printer at home, she encourages the next generation to develop an interest in technology and print.
Caroline Clarke
Recruitment Talent Partner
Caroline joins the team with a wealth of experience in accountancy and administration, including nearly a decade of working in the textiles industry alongside fabric printers, both screen and digital. Her excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and friendly approach make her a valuable support to both clients and candidates. Passionate about providing a high level of service, she is dedicated to building strong relationships and helping people succeed.
Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, keeping active with running and yoga and taking long walks with Buddy, her Cockapoo. Married with two teenage boys, life is rarely quiet! As Treasurer of her local triathlon club, she’s also completed a number of triathlons and even a quadrathlon along the way.
